Analyticalways is a dynamic and fast-growing business delivering intelligent inventory planning and stock management solutions to the retail industry globally. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning has enabled Analyticalways to develop the market leading platform for retailers to deliver ROI through smarter stock planning and allocations to maximise sales and profitability.
We are looking for ambitious, results orientated new business sales professionals to drive our market expansion into the UK, France, Italy and Germany in line with our revenue growth plans.
Key Responsabilities:
• Develop business opportunities with new customers in region/market to deliver revenue growth in line with financial targets
• Identify and attract new customers through lead generation activity based on target account planning, networking, phone, email and social selling, and supported by marketing and business partners
• Manage and grow existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling of Analyticalways products and services in line with financial targets
• Continually develop new prospects to build and maintain a pipeline of prospects of 3.5x annual quota
• Build and manage corporate relationships and deal with complex negotiations at all levels
• Identify the customer buying process/behaviour and align the Analyticalways sales process to drive the customer toward an ROI based business case and buying decision
• Understand and engage with the customers buying centre/stakeholders to ensure all
decision makers and influencers are aligned towards a buying decision
• Participate in Marketing efforts such as press releases, case studies, speaker/interview opportunities and engagement with trade associations and industry bodies
• Provide and maintain accurate pipeline information and accurate and predictable revenue forecast information in line with the Analyticalways sales process/stages
Requires Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years value-based solutions sales experience focussed on ROI outcomes
• Relevant Experience selling SaaS/software solutions to the retail industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business sales goals
• Results orientated market-maker, comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced, high growth sales environment
• Proven track record of strategic account planning, targeting and execution
• Client focus with a professional and strong client service mentality
• Demonstrable experience and familiarity with industry standard sales methodologies
• Experience in maintaining accurate sales CRM data in Pipedrive, or other similar software
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor degree, or relevant experience
